Thank you for purchasing tickets through Party Crew! Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our approach to refunds. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds Policy
All sales of tickets through Party Crew are final. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued unless under exceptional circumstances, as described below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that your ticket purchase is non-refundable, and Party Crew is not responsible for any event-related issues outside the sale of tickets.
2. Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances
While Party Crew generally does not offer refunds, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

Event Cancellation: If the Event Organizer cancels an event and does not reschedule it, you may be eligible for a refund. Party Crew will facilitate the process of obtaining a refund from the Event Organizer. Please contact Party Crew for further instructions. Refunds are subject to the Event Organizer's policies and Party Crew’s role as the ticket seller.

Event Date or Time Change: If the Event Organizer changes the date or time of the event and you are unable to attend, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted to Party Crew within 3 days of the announcement of the change. The availability of refunds for this reason will depend on the Event Organizer's policies, and Party Crew will assist in facilitating the process where possible.

Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same ticket order, please contact Party Crew immediately. Upon verification, a refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.
3. No Refunds for Other Reasons
Party Crew will not provide refunds for the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to attend the event, no refund will be issued.
- Incorrect Event Selection: If you purchase tickets for the wrong event or select the wrong ticket type, no refund will be provided.
- Failure to Attend: If you miss the event for any reason, including personal issues or scheduling conflicts, no refund will be issued.
- Non-Compliance with Event Policies: If you are refused entry to the event due to failure to meet the event's policies (e.g., age restrictions, prohibited items, etc.), no refund will be provided. Event policies are determined by the Event Organizer, not Party Crew.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund due to cancellation, date/time change, or duplicate charges, you must contact Party Crew at Info@sunnybeachpartycrew.com or +44 (0) 20 3051 5144 with the following information:
- Your ticket order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Any relevant supporting documents (e.g., proof of cancellation, time change, etc.)
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the cancellation, change, or charge verification. Party Crew will review your request and work with the Event Organizer to determine whether a refund is appropriate.
5. Processing Time
If you are eligible for a refund, Party Crew will process it within 5 days after your request has been approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to process the refund.
6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for event-related issues, such as cancellations, changes, or other occurrences. Any refund requests due to event-related problems must be directed to the Event Organizer.
