platform, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction
Party Crew ("we," "our," or "us") is an event ticket seller that provides access to tickets for various events (the "Events"). We facilitate the sale of tickets for events hosted and managed either by Party Crew or by third-party event organizers (the "Event Organizers"). By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are engaging in a transaction for event access only, unless otherwise stated for events organised and hosted by Party Crew.
2. Role of Party Crew
Party Crew may act solely as a ticket vendor for certain events, and in those cases is not responsible for organising, hosting, or managing the event. For selected events, however, Party Crew may organise and host the event directly. Where Party Crew is not the Event Organizer, we do not control the content, location, date, time, or any other aspect of the event. Our responsibility is limited to the sale of tickets and facilitating the purchase process, unless Party Crew is expressly identified as the organiser or host.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
Where an event is organised and hosted by a third-party Event Organizer, Party Crew is not responsible for cancellations, changes, rescheduling, or any other event-related issues. In such cases, customers must contact the Event Organizer directly for assistance. Party Crew will not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets due to event changes, cancellations, or delays unless explicitly stated by the Event Organizer. However, this can be discussed with the manager on duty at Party Crew and the Event Organizer to help resolve any complications. For events organised and hosted by Party Crew, any cancellations, changes, or refund decisions will be handled by Party Crew in accordance with the relevant event terms.
4. Ticket Purchases
By purchasing a ticket from Party Crew, you agree to pay the price listed on
the website at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and no refunds or
exchanges will be issued unless required by law or the Event Organizer. It is
the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have selected the correct
event, date, and time when purchasing tickets.
5. Payment Processing
Payments for tickets are processed through our secure payment gateway.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the
payment for the tickets purchased. Any issues related to payment, including chargebacks or disputes, should be addressed directly with the payment
processor.
6. Liability
Party Crew will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage related to
attending the event, including but not limited to personal injuries, property
damage, or financial loss. By purchasing a ticket, you waive any claims
against Party Crew arising from your attendance at the event.
7. Event Policies
Each event may have its own specific policies, including but not limited to
entry requirements, prohibited items, and age restrictions. It is the customer's
responsibility to review and comply with the policies set forth by the Event
Organizer. Party Crew is not responsible for any violations of event policies.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Party Crew collects and processes personal information in accordance with
our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and
use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
Party Crew reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions
at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms
will be effective as of the date of posting. We encourage you to review this
page regularly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
Any disputes arising from the use of Party Crew's services shall be resolved in
the courts of Bulgaria.
